Frequently asked questions

Why do orders sometimes close?

Handmade polymer clay pieces are produced in small weekly batches to maintain quality.

Up to 15 individual charms are created each week.

Bag charms and magnets are assembled from these charms, so each charm counts toward the weekly capacity.

Once the weekly capacity is reached, orders close and reopen the following week.

Why do you use polymer clay?

Polymer clay is baked in an oven, making it stronger and more durable than air-dry clay.

It’s also lighter than ceramic while still being sturdy, which makes it ideal for everyday charms and small pieces.

Where are your products made?

All pieces are designed in my small New Jersey studio.

Polymer clay pieces are carefully handmade in small batches, while printed items are produced in-house.

When will my order ship?

Clay pieces are made to order and typically require 3–5 business days to prepare before shipping.

Printed items are prepared within 1–2 business days.

Delivery time varies depending on your location and carrier.
Tracking information will be sent once your order ships.

How much does shipping cost?

Free shipping is available on orders over $75 within the U.S.

Do you ship internationally?

How will my order be packaged?

Orders are carefully packed in kraft boxes and eco clear bags to keep items protected while minimizing waste.

To reduce unnecessary packaging, multiple items may be consolidated into one box when possible.
