Refund policy

Because each piece is handmade in small batches, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos, and we will gladly make it right.

If a refund is issued for a damaged or defective item, original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Please note that slight variations in color, shape, and texture are part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.
